PACKAGING
Your Bella Jane jewellery will come in our signature jewellery pouch and a Bella Jane gift box. If you require a gift box for each individual item, please let us know at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY SERVICES AND TIMINGS
We usually aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday), however, during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas and Mother's Day, please allow extra time for dispatch of your order. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email advising you of when your order has been dispatched which will include a Royal Mail tracking number (please check your 'junk' mail folder if you don't receive this).

Please note that estimated delivery times are from date of dispatch. We do not guarantee any delivery dates and the delivery times set out below are for guideline purposes.
As a result of Brexit we are unable to deliver some EU countries, due to restrictions imposed by custom authorities. Please note that customs charges may be payable prior to receiving delivery of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority what charges will be incurred, prior to placing your order.
Christmas 2024
In order to get your jewellery to you in time for Christmas, please find below our recommended last dates for ordering. Please note that these dates are for guideline purposes and we recommend allowing plenty of time for delivery, to allow for potential delays over the busy Christmas period.

Shipping to Republic of Ireland
As a result of Brexit, orders posted to Ireland will incur customs charges. Unfortunately, these charges are decided by the Irish authorities and are beyond our control. For orders being shipped to Ireland we will make a contribution towards these charges by automatically reducing the cost of your jewellery by 20%. This reduction will automatically be reflected in the price you see. Please note that this only applies to items being shipped to Ireland. If you live in Ireland but are shipping to another country, this reduction will not apply an the price will revert to full price. All customs and related fees are the responsibility of the customer or person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused or payment of customs charges aren't made, there may be an additional delivery fee to have the order returned back to us and the cost of this will be debited from any refund due.
