PACKAGING
Your Bella Jane jewellery will come in our signature jewellery pouch and a Bella Jane gift box. If you require a gift box for each individual item, please let us know at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY SERVICES AND TIMINGS
We usually aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday), however, during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas and Mother's Day, please allow extra time for dispatch of your order. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email advising you of when your order has been dispatched which will include a Royal Mail tracking number (please check your 'junk' mail folder if you don't receive this).

Customs Charges for EU and International Orders
Please note that customs charges may be payable prior to receiving delivery of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority what charges will be incurred, prior to placing your order.
All customs and related fees are the responsibility of the customer or person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused or payment of customs charges aren't made, there may be an additional delivery fee to have the order returned back to us and the cost of this will be debited from any refund due.
