Went loose and can see elastic

Went loose in less than a year, there is now a gap in the bracelet and I can see the elastic. I never take them off so it's not because I take them on and off.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about your bracelet. We always advise customers to remove their bracelets for bathing, showering and swimming etc as this can weaken and damage the elastic over time, which is what I believe has happened here. Should you wish to get your bracelet restrung, please do get in touch about our restringing service. You will find full care instructions on the website.
