A beautifully delicate sterling silver necklace made using a fine faceted tiny ball bead chain, featuring four gorgeous sterling silver small disc charms featuring a small heart, that can be engraved with the initials of your choice. Whether it's your own initials, that of children, loved ones or pets, this necklace is sure to make the most perfect keepsake.

If you are unsure about chain lengths and/or you are planning on layering necklaces, we recommend using a piece of string (or similar) to measure the length on your neck, allowing two inches between each layer.
