Beautiful bracelet

Great quality and style my daughter in law was very pleased with this gift as she loves Bella Jane jewellery.

Great items but

Although the items are perfect - when I purchased I didn’t see the Black Friday/cyber Monday discount. I messaged straight away after purchase on messenger to ask if the discount could be applied retrospectively but heard nothing back which is quite disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm delighted that you're pleased with your jewellery. As per the automatic reply you received in Messenger, unfortunately, we are unable to deal with specific order queries on social media as we don't have staff to monitor our accounts and as a very small team, on the busiest weekend of the year, we focus on getting jewellery dispatched to all our customers. We tried hard to make the Black Friday offers as clear as possible, with a full banner on the homepage of the website, announcements on social media and emails to all our subscribers, so apologies if you missed these. However, I'm delighted that you at least received the free bracelet as part of the offer.
